– the computer's IP address,
– the date and time of access,
– the name and URL of the retrieved file,
– the referrer URL,

We process the aforementioned data for the following purposes:
– ensuring a smooth connection to the website,
– ensuring convenient use of our website,
– evaluating system security and stability, and
– other administrative purposes.
The legal basis for data processing is the GDPR. Under no circumstances do we use the collected data to draw conclusions about you personally. Furthermore, when you visit our website, we use cookies and analytics tools. More detailed explanations can be found in Sections 4 and 5 of this privacy policy.
b) When you fill out our inquiry form
If you have any questions, we invite you to contact us using the form provided on the website. Providing a valid email address is mandatory so that we know who sent the inquiry and can respond to it. Additional information may be provided voluntarily. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with the GDPR, based on your voluntarily given consent. Personal data collected via the contact form will be automatically deleted once your request has been processed.
3. Data protection
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We transfer your personal data to third parties only if:
– you have given your explicit consent
– it is legally permissible and necessary for the performance of the contractual relationship with you
4. Cookies
We use cookies on our website. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and stores on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our site. Cookies do not damage your device and do not contain viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious software. Cookies store information related to the specific device used, but this does not mean that we are immediately made aware of your identity. On the one hand, the use of cookies helps make your experience on our website more pleasant. We use so-called session cookies to recognize that you have already visited specific pages of our site. These are automatically deleted when you leave our website. Additionally, to optimize user convenience, we use temporary cookies that are stored on your device for a certain period. If you visit our site again to use our services, the system automatically recognizes that you have been here before and recalls the information you previously entered, so you do not have to enter it again. On the other hand, we use cookies to statistically track website usage and optimize our offerings (see Section 5). These cookies allow us to automatically recognize that you have visited our site before. These cookies are automatically deleted after a certain period. Data processed via cookies is necessary for the specified purposes in order to protect our legitimate interests and those of third parties. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser to prevent cookies from being stored on your computer or to display a notification before a new cookie is created. Please note, however, that completely disabling cookies may mean you are unable to use all the features of our website.
5. Analysis tools
a) Tracking tools
We use tracking tools to ensure a needs-based design and continuous optimization of our website. We use tracking tools to statistically record website usage and evaluate data in order to optimize our offerings. Details regarding the specific purposes of data processing and the categories of data involved can be found in the descriptions of these tracking tools.
i) Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter "Google"). In this context, pseudonymous user profiles are created and cookies are used (see Section 4). The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of this website, such as:
– browser type/version,
– operating system used,
– referrer URL (the previously visited page),
– IP address,
– time of access.
The data is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This information is used to evaluate website usage, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website activity and internet usage for the purposes of market research and tailoring the website to user needs. This information may also be transferred to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this data on our behalf. Under no circumstances will your IP address be combined with other Google data. You can prevent the installation of cookies by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly; however, please note that in this case, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie regarding your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de). Doing so sets an opt-out cookie that prevents the future collection of your data when visiting this website. The opt-out cookie applies only to this browser and this website and is stored on your device. If you delete cookies in this browser, you must set the opt-out cookie again. Further information on data protection regarding Google Analytics can be found in the Google Analytics Help Center (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de).
ii) Google AdWords conversion tracking
We also use Google conversion tracking to statistically record usage of our website and to optimize the site. Google AdWords places a cookie (see Section 4) on your computer if you reached our website via a Google ad. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If a user visits certain pages on the AdWords client's website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the client can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page. Each AdWords client receives a different cookie. This means that cookies cannot be tracked across different AdWords clients' websites. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can opt out of the necessary cookie placement—for example, via browser settings that generally disable the automatic setting of cookies. You can also disable conversion tracking cookies by configuring your browser to block cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com. You can find Google's privacy policy regarding conversion tracking here (https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html).
6. Social media plugins
We use social media plugins from Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn on our website to increase our company's visibility. The underlying advertising purpose is considered a legitimate interest as defined by the GDPR. The respective service provider is responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection requirements. We integrate these plugins using the so-called "two-click method" to ensure the best possible protection for our website visitors.
7. Rights of data subjects
You have the right to:
– request information about the personal data we process in accordance with the GDPR. In particular, you may obtain information regarding the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, and the existence of rights to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing;

If you wish to exercise your right to withdraw consent or to object, simply send an email to eu@magitu.com.
Furthermore, under the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent national data protection authority.
9. Data security
When you visit our website, we use the widely adopted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method combined with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser—typically 256-bit encryption. You can determine whether a specific page on our website is being transmitted in encrypted form by the appearance of a closed key or padlock symbol in your web browser's address bar.
We also employ appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or total loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological advancements.
